Q: Where are you located?
A: Amani Bakery is based in Canton, Ohio. 

Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: Not yet! Amani Bakery is a made-to-order bakery based in Canton, Ohio, operating under Ohio’s cottage food laws. All of our treats are baked fresh to order and available for pickup or local delivery.

🗓️ ORDERING & LEAD TIME

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing bakery orders at least 1 week in advance. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability — feel free to reach out and ask!

🚚 DELIVERY & PICKUP

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! Delivery is available for both bakery and catering orders. We offer delivery within a 60-mile radius, including areas as far as Cleveland. Delivery fees may vary based on distance — just ask when placing your order!

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Absolutely. We’ll coordinate a pickup time once your order is confirmed.

Q: Can you ship my order to me? 

A: Yes! Select Amani Bakery goods can be shipped via USPS Priority Express. If you'd like your order shipped, just let us know at the time of ordering so we can confirm availability and packaging options.

🧾 PAYMENT & POLICIES

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, and cash. Click the 

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date for custom orders only. (Not for weekly cookie orders). Final payment is due upon pick up or delivery of your items.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Deposits are non-refundable after that time.

🎂 CUSTOMIZATION & DIETARY NEEDS

Q: Do you offer custom designs or themes?
A: Yes! Many of our desserts can be personalized for events. Just include your ideas or inspiration in the order request. (keto, gluten free, we aim to make your dreams come true!)

Q: Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
A: Select gluten-free and vegan options are available — please ask in your request. Note: our kitchen is not certified allergen-free.

Q: Can I request items not listed on your menu?
A: We’re happy to discuss custom requests depending on ingredients and scheduling.
